Accessibility
Updated October 14, 2026
We want everyone to be able to follow our game's development and take part, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. What we do so far:
- Everything works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a "Skip to content" link.
- Buttons, form fields and dialogs have labels screen readers can read.
- Text and controls are designed with enough contrast against the dark background.
- Animations are turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- The layout works on phones and when you zoom in to 200% or more.
- Nothing needs drag and drop. Staff can move a roadmap card by changing its list in the edit form, and reorder lists with arrow buttons.
Known limitations
- Images and Medal clips added by players may not have useful text descriptions.
- Content from other services, such as Roblox avatars and Medal video players, is outside our control.
We test new features as we add them and fix problems as we find them.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the Site is hard to use, please use the contact form and choose Accessibility. Tell us which page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use if you're comfortable sharing it. We aim to reply within 10 business days. If you can't use the contact form, a staff member in our game can pass on your feedback.
