Community Rules
Effective October 14, 2026
These rules apply to everything you post here: bug reports, suggestions, comments, images and links. They're part of our Terms of Service.
Be a good community member
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
- Keep it appropriate for everyone. Many players are young. No sexual content, graphic violence, gore, swearing or drug references, in text or images.
- Protect privacy. Never share personal information, yours or anyone else's. That includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, school names, social media accounts and photos of real people.
- Don't impersonate anyone. Don't pretend to be staff or another player.
Post useful things
- One issue or idea per post. Search first, and hit "Me too" or vote on what's already there instead of posting a duplicate.
- No spam or advertising. No self-promotion, giveaways, trading or links to other games, servers or sites. The only links allowed are Medal clips that show a bug or an idea.
- Images must be relevant. Only your own screenshots of the game or of the issue you're describing.
- Report exploits privately. Send exploits and security issues as a bug report. Never explain how to do them in comments or suggestions.
Respect the process
- Everything is reviewed. Staff review every bug report and suggestion before it goes public. They might not approve a post, or might edit it for clarity.
- Staff decisions are final. If you disagree with a moderation decision, send a calm message through the contact form rather than arguing in comments.
- Don't get around restrictions. Using another account to get around a lock, removal or ban isn't allowed.
What happens if rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, staff may remove the post, lock a discussion, or ban your account from posting for a set time (from 1 hour to 90 days) or permanently. You'll see what the ban covers, the reason and when it ends. You can still browse and use the contact form while banned. Breaking Roblox's own rules may also be reported to Roblox.
See something wrong?
Use the contact form and choose Report a user or post. Tell us what you saw and where.
